No Return After Sale: All products sold through our platform are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review all product specifications, measurements, and intended usage before placing an order. Once delivered, any item that has been opened, installed, used, or tampered with will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Exceptions (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items): In the rare event that you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, you will be required to submit clear photographs or videos showing the issue, along with proof of purchase. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging at the time of claim.
After our team has reviewed and verified the claim, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a credit note for the same value, which can be used on future purchases.
No Refund Policy: As per our policy, we do not offer cash or online refunds. All approved exceptions will be settled either through store credit or product exchange. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product is permanently out of stock or discontinued.
